At the Language Connection we have implemented efficient processes to handle the translation assignments received from clients, enabling us to keep track of each assignment and all the different languages and the specific expertise of our translators. If you do not have the documents in digital format, please scan them and send us the scanned copies. Please note that we cannot provide a quote for language translation services without receiving the documents for translation.
You do not need to come to our office, we will not need to see the original documents.
We are GDPR compliant and you can rest assured that all your documents will be dealt with utmost security.
We will also let you know the timeframe necessary to deliver your translations. If your document is urgent please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.
This service is completely free and you are under no obligation to agree to the quote.
If you agree to our quote, please let us know so we can assign your documents to one of our qualified translators with the necessary expertise. Should you not wish to proceed, your document will be safely deleted and no further steps will apply.
Once the documents are translated, the translator will then send the translation back to us for errors and quality checks. Your translation will be then emailed to you for approval and general observations. If you have any comments or believe some additional changes are required please let us know at this stage.
Once you are satisfied with the results please confirm your approval. The translated documents will be then certified and sent to you via email/post, according to your specified deadline.
