Service Update – 2022: Business as usual
Following the Government guidance, we can confirm that for The Language Connection it will be business as usual.
We have all the necessary procedures in place to continue all our services throughout this period and do not plan on reductions to our service levels.
Due to recent events surrounding the current COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to reassure you that we are still operating business as usual, including all translations, notarisations and interpreting services.
As this crisis is easing, we are closely monitoring current government guidelines and advice given from the World Health Organisation. Should the situation escalate we shall immediately review our current plans. We will update any changes daily and post them on our website https://langconnect.com/.
We have taken the situation very seriously here at The Language Connection and have put measurements in place to reduce the amount of staff that we have in our offices by allowing staff to work from home where practical.
Our main concern is the health and wellbeing of both our staff and customers, and we want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to protect our staff members and still provide customers with the necessary service that is required.
